Ohhh, it's Friday the 13th, are you superstitious? They say bad luck abounds today so better beware. Watch for black cats, ladders and just to be safe better toss some salt over your right shoulder!

{ We feel the need, the need for speed....}

New shoes, new shoes.....

we'll be so fast in our new shoes!

....so catch us if you can! This morning has been so exciting around here. First we stopped at Spiece and got new running shoes in preparation for the 5K we are running on May 5th in Indy. (Thanks Kim!) I am so excited about my shoes, they have shocks and I actually feel like a runner in them. They just look like they will make me faster, I love them! And then, as if new shoes aren't enough, when we got to the studio our "official" confirmation booklet from the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon was here waiting for us. We are so pumped up! Our first race is just over 3 short weeks away. If any of our "blogging faithful" have any running or marathon tips or advice, let us know.
