{Winter Warmup....a Giveaway!}

It case you've missed it, IT'S COLD OUTSIDE! We are pretty sedentary down in the basement, working away at the computer for all of our amazing clients, but the lack of movement makes us feel even colder! But what to do? Maybe a midday workout? Nothing gets you warmed up like a workout, and no I am not talking about those "Buns of Steel" tapes gathering dust on our VCR!

While at home with the sniffles and a very active, playful little boy it seemed like the days lasted forever, at least until Daddy got home and Mommy could have a break! But then this morning I walked into the living room and there was Tate, snuggled on the couch with no less then 10 of his stuffed friends, watching Playhouse Disney. He had begun his morning routine without me and it hit me like a ton of bricks, some days drag on forever, but the years go by so quick! So grab your loved ones today and give them a squeeze! In a blink of an eye your babies change and grow and become independent!
