{Winter Warmup....a Giveaway!}

It case you've missed it, IT'S COLD OUTSIDE! We are pretty sedentary down in the basement, working away at the computer for all of our amazing clients, but the lack of movement makes us feel even colder! But what to do? Maybe a midday workout? Nothing gets you warmed up like a workout, and no I am not talking about those "Buns of Steel" tapes gathering dust on our VCR!

How about a trip to the YMCA? Not a member? Not a problem, let us help you get there! We had so much fun reading the comments from our last giveaway, we thought we'd do it again! This time we are sharing.....

Spend a afternoon or evening at the Y with your family, or keep all the passes for yourself and spread them out over 4 days, whatever works for you!
